My sister and I retired and decided to move to Humboldt County.  We were very excited but also a little apprehensive about buying a home in a seller’s market.  We knew we needed a highly experienced realtor with good negotiation skills to find a home that met our needs – without overpaying and regretting it later.

We “inherited” a fabulous residential property that needed lots of TLC. We whittled away at it for a couple of years, and spent a large amounts of time and funding. The property was sold, but a week or so before escrow closed, in the middle of summer, the equipment in the well pumphouse gave up. We ran out of time to make the repairs, so Patty spent a considerable amount of time and good-will to find two different contractors to come fix all the problems, even running water samples to the lab. And in addition, she supported the efforts for these repairs with substantial personal funds. Thank You, Patty!
